Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FingerLaserX mobile game and any related services (collectively, the "Game"), provided by FingerLaserX ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. These Terms are written in English; any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version prevails.

1. Eligibility

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). By using the Game, you represent that you meet this age requirement, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device that you own or control. This license is also subject to the rules of the app store from which you obtained the Game (the Apple App Store or Google Play).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game, except to the extent permitted by law;
• use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game;
• exploit bugs, manipulate scores, rewards, referral codes, or promotional codes, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
• disrupt, overburden, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, our servers, or related systems; or
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Virtual Items and Rewards

The Game may include virtual currency, items, rewards, referral bonuses, and promotional codes ("Virtual Items"). Some Virtual Items can be obtained through in-app purchases (see Section 5); others are earned through play, referrals, or promotions. Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are licensed — not sold — to you for use within the Game only. We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove Virtual Items at any time, and we are not liable for any loss of Virtual Items, including following updates, account issues, or discontinuation of the Game.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases of Virtual Items (such as coin packs and one-time bundles). Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms and payment processing; we do not receive or store your payment details. Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may change at any time. If you are a minor, you may make purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Purchased Virtual Items are delivered to the device and store account used for the purchase. Where the Game offers a restore function, you can restore eligible previous purchases on a device signed in to the same store account. Except where required by applicable law or provided by the relevant store's refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable, and unused Virtual Items are not redeemable for money. Refund requests are handled through the store you purchased from (the Apple App Store or Google Play). Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights — including consumer withdrawal or refund rights — that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.

6. Advertising

The Game is free to download and is supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases. It may display ads, including optional rewarded ads that you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Advertising is provided through third-party networks, and your interaction with ads is subject to those providers' terms and policies. Our handling of advertising-related data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, artwork, audio, design, and the "FingerLaserX" name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 2, these Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13) will continue to apply.

12. App Store Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and us, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"), and Apple and Google are not responsible for the Game or its content. Your use of the Game must also comply with the applicable store's terms of service. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, have no warranty obligation with respect to it: if the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any purchase price you paid for the Game. Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, consumer protection claims, or claims that the Game infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
